With a belief that allowing individuals to have free access to building code and accessibility requirements is an important step towards achieving compliance, the Safranek Group, provides below, a consolidated list of links to free accessibility and building code resources.

For these resources, refer to the published errata to identify errors and their corresponding revisions that may have occurred after the initial publication of the document. When using these resources for a specific project, always verify the extent of their applicability with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). This includes verifying if the resource (or portions of it) have been:

  • amended with new information (including “emergency” rulings)
  • updated with a new edition
  • replaced by a new resource
  • deleted as a requirement
